Adolfo Rouillon is a Serial Entrepreneur. He was born in Rosario, Argentina. He holds a degree in business administration and management from Universidad Austral.

He is co-Founder and President of Congelados del Sur, the Food Design Manufacturer company of Latin America. The company develops high quality frozen food for global CPGs and retailer brands.

He was co-Founder and Vice President of Amtec, the leading Latin American eBuilder company specialized in e-business solutions to large companies. Amtec was acquired by Neoris, the IT arm of Cemex (NYSE:CX) in 2000.

Mr. Rouillon serves as a Board Member of Endeavor Argentina. He was honored by Ernst & Young as the Entrepreneur Of The Year® Junior, in Argentina.

Mr. Rouillon is a member of “Millennium Leaders 50” (ML-50), a group of executives who head some of the most successful and modern enterprises in the Americas.

Junior Chamber International (JCI) named Mr. Rouillon one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons in Rosario.
