Graduated with a degree in economics from PUC Minas and a Master’s in Agricultural Development from CPDA/UFRRJ, Ms. Heloisa Menezes currently serves as Technical Director at Sebrae, as well as Acting President of the institution. From 2011 to 2014, Ms. Menezes served as Secretary of Production Development in the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade.

Her other previous positions include Director of Institutional Relations at Brazil’s National Confederation of Industry (CNI); Superintendent of Instituto Euvaldo Lodi-MG (IEL); Manager of Economic Affairs at the Federation of Industries in the State of Minas Gerais (Fiemg); Technical Director at the Metas Institute; and Director of Regional and Sectoral Planning of the State Secretariat of Planning for Minas Gerais.

Ms. Menezes is an alumna of Insead, Dom Cabral Foundation, and Singularity University.
