Luciana Pagani is a Senior Executive with leadership experience at the highest levels of the business, government, and academic sectors. She is recognized as an expert in strategy and competitiveness and her career has followed a dual track combining Business Transformation and Public Sector Competitiveness. She is acknowledged for capably interacting with heads of state, C-level executives, and academic leaders worldwide. Luciana is Professor of Strategy and Competitiveness at Saint Andrews University in Buenos Aries, and member of the Microeconomics of Competitiveness Network led by Michael Porter at the Harvard Business School

Ms. Pagani is the co-founder and Director of Boosteller, hands on consulting firm specializing on Business Transformation focused on supply chain excellence, customer experience and digital transformation. She leads services to accelerate business productivity and international expansion, effectively moving strategy to execution

Previously, Luciana built her career in international management consulting; she was Strategy Director for Latin America at FutureBrand, and Senior Consultant at Arthur D. Little for the Strategy and Information Technology practices. Luciana led assignments in Latin America and Europe

Regarding her experience on Competitiveness, Luciana advises think tanks and governments on building consensus, projects, country strategy, investment development policies, and financial programs to accelerate private sector growth and expand companies internationally.
