Paula Altavilla is the Regional Director of Latin America for Whirlpool.  She has extensive experience in business management and marketing, having received several certifications from universities in Latin America.  Before working for Whirlpool, Altavilla worked at 3M for fourteen years in various management positions.  

Altavilla received her bachelor’s degree from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa, where she studied Business Management and Administration.
