Santiago is the President and General Manager of Culligan Argentina, a company that offers consumer water solutions, processes and effluents as part of Culligan International (The Water Experts ™).
Santiago is a volunteer and president of three organizations operating under the EXC network. All of them (FUNDECE, the National Quality Award Foundation and IPACE) are working to improve Argentina’s competitiveness by promoting the implementation of management systems and tools, as well as the development of models for innovation and excellence in Argentine organizations.

He is also president and founding member of the Argentine Chamber for Bottled Water (CAIAB), member of the Center for Innovation and Strategy for Latin America (CIEL) of the business school of IAE, and member of the Board of Directors of the Leer Foundation.

Santiago received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Sloan, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) business school. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a National Public Accountant degree from the Universidad Católica Argentina (UCA).
